We provide training in very nice modern aircraft. While we draw from vast instructional experience gathered over many years of providing professional flight instruction.

The skills that are needed to obtain your sport pilot’s certificate are taught here at Captain Drake’s flight school.

We do this in a fun and exciting manner that may at times feel more like an adventure vacation than a traditional classroom. You’ll explore the adventure of flight as it was meant to be- by doing things a pilot can do.

How about brunch at the beach, or a scenic jaunt out to the majestic Rogue River to tour the prospect plateau while viewing its waterfalls from the air?

Introductory Flights

Introductory flights offer an engaging and practical way to introduce individuals to the world of aviation. They provide an opportunity for those interested in aviation, or considering pilot training, to experience firsthand the thrill of flying a light sport aircraft under the guidance of a certified flight instructor. These flights typically encompass the basic elements of flying, including taxiing, takeoff, and flying the aircraft under instructor supervision.

Student Pilot Lodging
